Electric Panel IML FT (Industrial Multi Logic Full Touch)
- Control logic based on PLC of primary international brand
- 10” touch screen with graphical interface through which it is possible to access all functions of the electrical panel and the generator, not having to resort to buttons / selectors
- Cassette construction (no base)
- “Closed” configuration in n. 4 different versions which allows immediate availability in stock for generators with capacities up to 3000 kg/h (higher on request, with the same functions)
- Panel configured in 4 different versions, each successive version includes all the functions of the lower versions:
- BASIC (no exemptions)
- 24 Hr EXEMPTION
- 72 Hr EXEMPTION
- INDUSTRY 4.0 - The prearranged function sets make possible to meet the demands of most installations
- Single-stage, two-stage, modulating burner regulation (with external modulator)
- ON/OFF or modulating water level adjustment, with valve or inverter
- Nr. 2 PED approved, low level safety switches
- Possibility of viewing boiler user statistics (and system) and trend of interest values - data variable according to the version
- Possibility of single generator management (in the future: cascade management if there are several boilers)
- Communication capability via Modbus RS 485
- Boiler supervision and management via VNC or VPN (remote setup for basic parameters - not possible for safety functions)
- Standard power supply: 400 Vac three-phase with Neutral - 50 Hz
- Protection degree IP 54
- Available space inside panel board: ~ 15% (no expansions planned)
