N. 1 unwinding cradle with cylinders,lateral containment rolls, and photocell able to stop in automatic the machine when the unwinded roll is finished.
The fabric come back in automatic for a time in order to help the operator sewing with new roll
N.1 system tangential winder with motorized rubber cylinders, pneumatic system with air pistons able to maintain the correct pressure of the fabric on the cylinder of your carriage rolling. (on the panel control you can adjust manually the pressure)
Double motoration able to synchronized the unwinding cradle with the winder,able to adjust the tension of the fabric ( it’s very important for delicate fabric)
