This machine is the result of more than 40 years of experience in the specific field of corduroy and velvet finishing.
The quality of the processed fabric is excellent, especially considering that the corduroy ribs are formed at high speed.
This brushing machine is equipped with a fabric impregnating system made up of water blades which help to make the ribs swell, and puts them in the best possible conditions to be brushed;
This system reduce the required washing bathes that are necessary before the wet brushing process.
The water used inside the machine is recicle by the means of a rotary filter system, that remove the scraps from the water.
