AUTOMATIC BAG TACKING SYSTEM,NO TRIANGLE
Machine for the bag-tacking seam for all types of elasticized jersey fabric and not, with a new conception, a new international registered system of folding and alignment without the traditional triangle which permits a precise and continues seam, provided with seam impulse control and a revealer for the seam connection of bolts, as well as, all the devices and equipment that permit a complete automatic working system without the operator.

Characteristics:
International registered TEXMA with new fold system that no sign the fabric and it is only machine capable of working with the wet.
No Triangle. Built entirely in anodised sections and welded metal.
One thread chain stitch. External Potentiometers for speed tension and stich length adjustments.
Inverter controlled motor drive and power supply.
Fabric tail end detection, fabric joining seams and material stitching monitoring device.
An introduction set with a curved bar anti-pleat and adjustable packing brake, motor spiral cylinder and photoelectric cell for the end of fabric.
Motor drive set with two positive cylinders with inverter control to permit regulation of fabric tension feed to the seam.
Folding unit oscillatings arms with open width 80/100 cm. and moveable roller support with onoton inverter.
